    3 the mobile phone and broadband company have updated their service plans, previously when signing up users we're given a free HP 2133 mini note laptop and as of now the deal comes with the excellent Compaq 700 mini.

    The laptop is absolutely free when taking out a mobile broadband service with the company, they offer three tarifs depending on the amount of bandwidth you require:

    • 1GB –Lite - £20 per month
    • 5GB –Plus - £25 per month
    • 15GB-Max - £40 per month

    About the Compaq Mini 700 Laptop

     


    The Mini 700 netbook  hit shelves in the UK mid-december, and has quickly become one of the most talked about and sought after netbooks.  The machine is beautiful to look at, open and closed.  The slim curved case makes the machine look like a top of the range sony, no scratch that, this machine looks much better than any other machine on the market, Including anything from Apple.  The sleek black plastic is shiny and the faint pattern on the lid with the crome "Q" gives it a fantastic finish.

    The Panasonic Toughbook series are an ultraportable notebooks, with integrated DVD multi drive, 12.1'' anti-glare LCD and incredibly weights less than 3 pounds.  They aren't  cheap machine, but is definately ideal for mobile professionals.     Finding a low price on the range isn't easy, as they normally retail above £2000, however after extensive searching we've seen prices around the £1800-£1900.
