  • 1GB –Lite - £20 per month
  • 5GB –Plus - £25 per month
  • 15GB-Max - £40 per month

  About the Compaq Mini 700 Laptop

   

  
  The Mini 700 netbook  hit shelves in the UK mid-december, and has quickly become one of the most talked about and sought after netbooks.  The machine is beautiful to look at, open and closed.  The slim curved case makes the machine look like a top of the range sony, no scratch that, this machine looks much better than any other machine on the market, Including anything from Apple.  The sleek black plastic is shiny and the faint pattern on the lid with the crome "Q" gives it a fantastic finish.

  When switched on the stunning glossy 10.2-inch, 1,024 x 600 (16:10 aspect ratio) display is bright and clear the keyboard is very well laid out, and feels like a full size keyboard, very nice to use.  Hidden around the edges of the case are various usb and networking ports, with enough space to plug in all your accesories and at the top of the screen, an integrated digital camera / web cam.

  Inside the machine is a powerful 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 CPU, a choice of 8 or 16 solid state hard drive, bluetooth and wireless and possibly the first ever on a netbook HSDPA, which is integrated high-speed data transfer for 3g networks.

  Ultra portable

  The laptop weights only 1.1Kg and is only 25.55mm thin with a battery life of well over 4 hours, so with it internet ready this is perfect for those looking to get on the internet (with style) but also need some power should they want to work on documents, play games and watch video.
